I will be the first to admit that I’m a worry wart. When my world gets gnarly, (difficult or challenging) I worry. When things are out of my control, I worry. When I can’t please everyone, I worry. When other people’s lives are out of control, I worry. We all pretty much know that worry in itself is sinful. God is pretty clear in His Word that we are not to worry. If we believe His Word is true then why do we allow ourselves to succumb to it? It really all boils down to a lack of faith.
Last week I was all about the garden. Well this week I’m talking about the garden patio. Our garden is not only going to be a vegetable garden but also a flower garden. I love having fresh flowers in the house. So much so that I purchase flowers each week at Trader Joe’s. I also love to give flowers to my friends and family. Even if it is just one stem with a beautiful flower it will draw a smile. So when we decided to grow a garden I knew that I would have to incorporate flowers. Continue reading
